RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct weekly barging session with new hires:

o Send invites to employees outlining how to prepare for their barging sessions w/complete barging checklist. To set expectation for what to expect from their upcoming barging sessions how to best prepare for their session

o Schedule weekly barging sessions & meeting w/leaders to identify areas of coaching needed

o Report feedback from daily barging sessions to Director & Sr. Talent Development Manager

o Manage post barging feedback sessions of leaders & employees

· Prepare and run new hire training classes including:

o Facilitate effective classroom training which incorporates video conferencing tools, traditional instructor-led training, co-facilitation, and on-the-job training

o Develop and distribute training itinerary

o Put together training manuals

o Assist w/maintaining a database of all training materials

o Keep the training program vibrant

o Look at continuing education for sales reps as requested by leaders

o Continuous training of the sales floor on our applicant tracking system and best practices

· Identify area of improvement in existing training curriculum & strategy along with providing better solutions

· Assist in creating training strategies, initiatives, and materials

DESIRED SKILLS:

· 3+ years of recruitment/account management or training in the Staffing Industry, Healthcare staffing preferred

· Training or mentoring of Recruiters; Account Managers would be a plus

· Experience with professional and social media sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook

· Competitive, results driven, team player with the desire to succeed

· Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills

· Ability to facilitate training sessions

· Detailed oriented and critical thinker

· Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), and instructional Software

· Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills (Verbal& Written)
