Position: Cardiology APP Location: Cedar Hills, OR

Position Details:

• DATES & Schedule (call): Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 10/6/2025-1/1/2026
• Looking for a provider that will help in the clinic. Schedule is 5/8s preferred but is flexible with a 4/10 schedule.
• Clinic only setting, MUST have heart and preferably some EP knowledge.
• 10-12 expected patients per shift.
• 100% Adult patient population.
• Staff mix: 4-5 RN’s, 2-3 Mas and 7 PA/NPs on staff during shift hours.
• Outpatient setting
• Surgical care and suturing preferred.
• REQUIREMENTS (state license, life support, DEA, etc.): OR State License, DEA, ACLS, BLS.
