Position: Critical Care NP Location: San Benito, TX

Position Details:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of critically ill patients, including physical exams, interpretation of lab results, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests.
• Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Diagnose acute and chronic conditions in critically ill patients. Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications, ordering therapies, and other interventions.
• Monitoring and Management: Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs, response to treatment, and overall condition. This includes managing complex devices like ventilators, central lines, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Procedural Skills: Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, central line placement, chest tube insertion, and arterial line placement, depending on the scope of practice and the NP’s specific training.

• REQUIREMENTS (state license, life support, DEA, etc.): TX license Required; DEA; BLS, ACLS
