Position: CVICU APP Location: Winterville, NC

Position Details:

• 14 Night Shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3–4 Night Shifts per Week or 7 consecutive Night Shifts; Potential Weekend Day Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• 24-beds, ICU in cardiovascular care
• Arterial Line placement, Central Venous Line insertion, Intubation, Ventilator Management
• Patient assessments & diagnoses, Develop & implement treatment plans, Order & interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications & therapies in line with the APP’s scope of practice
• Work in conjunction with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Provide patient education on their condition and treatment plan
• Ensure proper follow-up care post-treatment or discharge
• NC license Required, DEA license to prescribe controlled substances; BLS, ACLS
