Position Details:

• DATES: ASAP – June 30, 2025
• This is an Outpatient Movement Disorders need. This clinic primarily sees Parkinson’s patients, tremor (motor + non-motor), ataxia, dystonia, and other specific Movement Disorders diagnosis. Experience or certification in this specific specialty is needed.
• Botox administration is preferred but not required.
• Preferably looking for one full time provider
• Experience or certification in this specific specialty is needed- Prefers BOTOX
• BOARD CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
