Position: NNP Location: Powell, TN

Position Details:

• TN License preferred open to IMLC; Required: DEA; NRP
• Level III NICU 5-10 PPD |7 OB Beds
• Perform comprehensive assessments of neonates, physical examinations, interpretation of lab results, and diagnostic imaging
• Diagnose and manage common and complex neonatal conditions such as respiratory distress syndrome, congenital anomalies, infections, and metabolic disorders
• Perform and assist in various procedures; endotracheal intubation, umbilical line placement, lumbar puncture, and chest tube insertion
• Manage mechanical ventilation and other advanced respiratory support technologies
• Administer medications, fluids, and blood products as necessary
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates, medication management, nutritional support, and respiratory therapies
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and effective care
