Position: Oncology Hematology NP Location: Cedar Hills, OR

Position Details:
- DATES & Schedule (call): Monday-Friday full time availability. Shift times are 0800-1800.
- TARGET START DATE: June 1
- Required: ambulatory outpatient oncology experience.
- Prefer: oncology certification
- Traditional Responsibility include:
- Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions under physician supervision or independently (based on state regulations)
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care
- Monitor and manage treatment-related side effects and complications
- Prescribe medications, including supportive therapies (antiemetics, pain management, anticoagulation, etc.)
- Procedural Responsibilities (Varies by Institution):
- Perform bone marrow biopsies and aspirations
- Administer intrathecal chemotherapy (if credentialed)
- Manage central lines (port-a-caths, PICCs, Hickman catheters)
- REQUIREMENTS: OR license Required; DEA; BLS Full Time availability
