Position: Pediatric Intensivist Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Position Details:

• 24 Hour Call
• 24 hours with call- 7am-7am
• Must have clean background and malpractice history
• Active AZ or Compact License
• Must be board certified
• Providers submitted must be able to available for 5-7 shifts per month
• Please include date as to when provider would be able to start in presentation
