Position: Urology NP/PA Location: Custer, WI

Position Details:

• Patient Evaluation and Assessment: Conducting comprehensive histories and physical exams for patients with urologic conditions (e.g., kidney stones, urinary incontinence, BPH, UTIs).
• Diagnosis and Management: Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, urinalysis, imaging) and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising urologist.
• Procedures: Performing in-office procedures such as catheter placements, bladder instillations, cystoscopies, and sometimes minor surgeries under supervision.
• Patient Education: Providing counseling and education on urologic conditions, medication usage, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures.
• Follow-Up Care: Monitoring ongoing treatment plans, adjusting medications, and providing follow-up visits to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• WI license preferred or compact / Act 10 Required; DEA; BLS
• Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri Clinic Coverage 8-430 – NO call
