What You’ll Do

– Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities – Source and engage physicians through calls, referrals, job boards, and online research – Conduct initial screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit – Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers – Track activity, notes, and outreach in the database – Learn physician staffing fundamentals including licensing, credentialing, and assignment flow – Develop recruiting and sales skills with the goal of promotion into a full Recruiter role

Bonus Points If You Have

– 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting – Recent college graduate seeking a career in sales or recruiting – Strong verbal and written communication skills – Experience using LinkedIn or other professional/social platforms – Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
