Urgent Care – Lafayette, IN

An urgent care practice in Indiana is seeking a physician for ongoing locum coverage.

Schedule & Coverage

• Three extended daytime shifts per week.

• Rotating schedule with weekend coverage.

• Requested start in late 2026, subject to credentialing.

• Ongoing coverage need.

Practice Details

• Nursing, medical assistant, APP, and administrative support available.

• No APP supervision or teaching responsibilities.

• Electronic medical records used.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible physician; eligibility criteria to be confirmed.

• Active Indiana license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

• Allow approximately three months for credentialing.

Additional Terms

• Malpractice coverage provided through the staffing agency.

• Licensing costs are not reimbursed by the facility.

• Compensation and travel arrangements to be discussed.
