I come from a recruiting background. I was with HCA doing travel nursing for a few years before coming onboard with MPLT to do locums.

Everyone in the company has been very welcoming. It is such a great healthy culture! I feel like I have really connected with a lot of the team members these past few months.

I would have to say that MPLT is very different from other companies because of the quality of people that reside within the organization! It is a fun, dynamic place to work in and I could not be happier here!

Never Give Up. I would say never give up because it is a hard specialty that I am in but with consistency and determination anything is possible!
