• Weekend call is Fri (3p or 7p) to Mon (7a). Mon-Thur call is 7a-7a.
• Covid vaccinated – Required
• BLS/ACLS-Required
• Board Certified-Required
• Please notate if provider is participating in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS-Required at time of name clear
• Clean background with NO disciplinary actions and NO malpractice -Required
