Anesthesiologist – Locums – Lafayette, IN

Position: Anesthesiologist Location: Mishawaka, IN

Position Details:

• Anesthesia Locums Physician needed due to expansion of service line
• Must have IN license
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have NO history of substance abuse & able to take regular call
• Inpatient & Outpatient
• Shifts:
  • Weekday OR 7a-4p
  • Weekday primary call 4p-7a (you will work the day shift and then on call until 7am next day-30 minute response time)
  • Weekend primary call 7a-7a (response time 30 minutes required)
• Call Requirements:
• Weekday primary call-once weekly
• Weekend primary call-once a month
• Procedures would be performing:
• Monitored Anesthesia Care
• General Anesthesia
• Epidural/Spinal Anesthesia
• Regional Anesthesia
• EMR= EPIC
• Patient Volume: 40 OR cases daily/20-30 out of OR procedures daily
• 18 Physicians/ 5 APPs in the practice
