Position: Hospitalist NP/PA

Position Details:

• Conducting daily patient rounds to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
• Admitting patients from the emergency department or direct transfers from outside facilities or clinics
• Discharge Planning: They conduct discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home or another care facility
• REQUIREMENTS (state license, life support, DEA, etc.): MS license Required DEA; ACLS & (AHP
