Hospitalist NP/PA – Locums – Prescott, NY

MPLT Healthcare is looking for NP/PA’s who Understand the Urgency, Never Give Up, and Have the Courage to Excel in the forever changing medical industry! We have numerous opportunities for an experienced Hospitalist NP/PA with highly competitive pay rates in Prescott, NY.

Position Details:

• September start
• At least 2–3 years of experience
• Active New York PA or NP license
• 24/7 (12-hour shifts including nights and weekends)
• Certifications required – BLS or ACLS and DEA
• Perform physical exams and review vital signs, lab results, imaging, and progress notes.
• Basic Suture, Splinting, Incision & Draining, IV’s/Central Lines, Arterial line placement, Wound care and debridement, Bladder catheterization (Foley catheter)
• Assess patient condition and update care plans accordingly.
• Experience with CPSI charting system
• Strong computer skills
• Perform physical exams and review vital signs, lab results, imaging, and progress notes.
• Formulate differential diagnoses based on assessments.
