Position: Women’s Health APP Location: High Valley, WA

Position Details:

• DATES & Schedule (call): Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) or 4/10’s
• TARGET START DATE: ASAC
• End Date: 12/31/2026
• Outpatient Setting
• Provider will see all New OB patients for their 1st visit – including performing a Dating & Viability Ultrasound (60 minute visit includes US), see OB patients for their 16 and 28 week appointments
• Provider will not be required to have hospital privs but will still be required to go through some level of credentialing.
• Staff mix: 9 RNs, 13 MAs, 6 NP/PAs.
• Patients per shift: 12
• Beds in Department: 32
• No Call
• REQUIREMENTS (state license, life support, DEA, etc.): WA State License or IMLC, DEA, BLS, ACLS.
• EMR SYSTEM: EPIC
• BOARD CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Yes
