Position: Wound Care NP/PA Location: Custer, WI

Position Details:

• REQUIREMENTS (state license, life support, DEA, etc.): WI license or Act 10 Required; DEA; ATLS
• DATES & Schedule (call): Clinic is scheduled Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm
• LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Ongoing
• This need is for a mid level or MD provider coverage of clinic outpatient WOUND clinic.
• Does need the ability to see inpatients in hospital for wound consults.
• Be able to do outpatient clinic based procedures. No call.
• Inpatient 90% in patient 10% based on need.
