Hale has previously held the positions of Senior Vice President and President of MPLT Healthcare. Jay Mays, Founder & CEO, will move to the role of Chairman of the Board.

With over 28 years of staffing experience, Hale has also held Vice President roles for three nationally recognized healthcare staffing firms.
